Live life to the fullest

As a kid I remember wondering why things happen the way they do. I can recall many times where I felt life was "unfair". Today I can really appreciate what life has given me and what it holds for my future.

Balloon Stampede

May 9-11 is the Balloon Stampede here in Walla Walla. This event is a must see for everyone. As a kid I loved getting up early and watching the balloons float in the sky and waving at the people in the balloons. Now as an adult I love it just as much. Jason had never been to the balloon stampede so it was a treat for him last year. If you have time come and check out what you've been missing. They have so many different balloons that it's fun finding the new ones from year to year. There are ones that still fly that have been flying since I was a kid.

We won't let them have any fun

I swear my cat did this on his own! I walked into the dinning room, and looked over and he's sitting on Jason's bike just looking at me like "What's you looking at Willis". I ran for the camara and shot one, right before he jumped offFirst I wouldn't let him go play hockey and now I won't let him ride his dad's bike, I know I'm a mean mommy ♥

Wednesday Walk

Jason and I went on a walk this evening after dinner.
At Whitman College, one of the many ponds they have.
See the rocks on the far left side, that's a patch to walk across.
This is different pond then the one above. I had senior pictures
taken at this location, as I'm sure many others have.
It is a really pretty surrounding

Jason and I , he's always got to make some sort
of silly face :] I still love you babe
The clouds on our way home, looks like storm's heading in.
Goodnight every one, have a good one

In need of a fun family activity

Jason got a GPS for his birthday, and I've been such a slacker I still haven't posted anything about it. We have been going on some geo caches lately, and I'm really into them. They have this web sight where you can find geo caches in your area. You put in the coordinates and your GPS tells you where to go. Some of the caches have multiple locations. The original coordinates given to you may lead you to some more iodinates where the actual treasure is. We went on one last week that was at a cemetery. You were given coordinates to a grave and you had to add the year they were born and the year they died together and divide that number by another number ( it sounds hard, but it's really not). Then those new coordinates lead us to another location across town, which is where we finally found our treasure. I've seen on the internet they have traveling bugs, where if you go out of town you take this travel bug with you and hide it, and leave the new coordinates online for others to find. When we go to Spokane, I'm going to take one up. I'm working on my own geo cache now, and I'm thinking I'll be doing a lot of them. I'm having a lot of fun hiding them. Jason loves it because he can mark good fishing spots and such. If anyone is interested in the geo cache sight let me know. I'd love to hunt some of your treasures. Happy hunting ♥

It's always sad saying goodbye

My sister is gone. My house feels empty. I'm kinda sad about her being gone. I really enjoyed having her down. We didn't do much of anything, but I still had a blast with her. I'm already planning a trip for her to come down this summer. I was thinking we should go camping with her this summer, I think she might enjoy that. I'm so excited for camping season! I've got several trips planned. Beware babe, camping all summer long. I already miss you Joe, can't wait for summer.
Jason went fishing this morning, so I got the house all cleaned up while he was gone. He's been dying to go fishing so I was glad him and Roger went. We all had a blast bowling last night, as usual I got the lowest score. It's all good though, I go to have fun!
